Unifying Vision and Securing a $1M Roadmap for Growth at a High-Achieving Classical Academy

Eagle Ridge Academy had a clear and compelling educational vision but lacked the internal infrastructure and fundraising strategy to realize its long-term goals. The school needed to unite its stakeholders, internally and externally, and create a roadmap for sustainable expansion and innovation.
Our Approach
The Culture Lab stepped in as a strategic advisor and development partner. We collaborated with school leaders and development teams to craft a $1 million fundraising roadmap. Through strategic planning sessions with the board, school leaders, and parent ambassadors, we aligned priorities and created a unified case for support. Our donor engagement work included identifying, cultivating, and stewarding relationships with corporate and foundation partners. We also organized and co-hosted donor cultivation events that generated new interest and financial commitments.
Results
Our efforts helped unify the vision and strategy across school leadership and development teams. Relationships with key stakeholders were strengthened, and a clear, compelling case for support was developed to fuel long-term facility expansion. Eagle Ridge Academy is now well-positioned to raise $1 million in philanthropic support and take critical next steps toward delivering future-ready learning for its students.
