Project Overview
John Wallace Middle School is a high-performing public school committed to excellence, but the school sought to deepen its culture of instructional effectiveness and leadership development. With strong academic results already in place, they turned to The Culture Lab to sustain momentum and inspire further innovation.

Our Approach
The Culture Lab implemented a Culture Activation Series rooted in our Contagious Culture framework. Every educator received and adopted our book, Contagious Culture: Creating an Ecosystem of Academic Excellence, and participated in professional development and leadership coaching sessions. We collaborated with school leaders to integrate the model into daily practice and enhance school-wide alignment.

Results
John Wallace Middle School has strengthened its already strong teaching culture, and instructional effectiveness has become more intentional and collaborative. The success of the implementation has led to interest in expanding the model to other schools within the district. With our continued partnership, John Wallace is poised to become a national model for sustained high performance rooted in culture and community.
